All-over printed products may be a little stiff if there’s a lot of dark ink in the design. After the first wash, when the over dye is rinsed off, the product will become nice and soft.

Our printed garments are decorated on-demand using Eco Inks, hence we recommend to treat them as delicates in the laundry cycles. Please avoid strong detergents, at 30 degrees, below 900 rpm.

When ironing, make sure to choose the right temperature for the fabric and to iron from the inside out.

For safety and durability of the graphics, it is best to wash them by hand without using strong detergents.

There are size charts on the product page with exact measurements. It is best to copy them into your store so that your customers know what size they should order.

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry – it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process.

Fixation agent helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
